What happens after you submit your application?
First meeting
We’ll get back to you shortly. If everything looks good, we’ll invite you to an initial interview via Microsoft Teams. The main goal of this meeting is to get to know you as a person and to see if we’re a good fit for each other.
Follow-up interview on-site
We’ll give you quick feedback after the initial interview. Next, we’ll invite you—ideally—to an in-person interview at one of our locations in Essen or Munich. At that point, the discussion will become a bit more technical, and we’ll delve deeper into the subject matter.
Decision & Offer
If we’re both on board, you’ll receive a contract offer shortly—and we look forward to welcoming you to the MESKRU team soon.
